Privacy

Minimal accounts, minimal data.

The Wilhelm List uses usernames and passwords for accounts. Public profiles show usernames, submissions, credit counts, badges, and credited archive entries.

Authentication and database records are handled through Supabase. To support username-based sign-in, each username is mapped to an internal email-style identifier used only for authentication.

The archive is designed not to collect real names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, private messages, or uploaded media.

Submissions and disputes are part of the public record of the archive. Admins may review or edit entries to keep the list accurate, but rejected entries are retained to prevent repeated duplicate or invalid submissions.
